Include a SCREENSHOT of your mouse.

Your username in the game
The title you want displayed (doesn't have to be your active title or even a title you have!)
What your mouse should be doing in the picture
Eye color
Optional: Shaman color (If you provide a shaman color, you will be drawn as a shaman!)
Using hex colors are important for the last two! Hex code is the number and letter code you get when you choose a color in the game. For example, bright red is #FF0000.

you will receive no reply, and no drawing.

Also if you previously requested a drawing, and I failed to fulfill it, and you still want it, please request again. u_u

RULES:
1. Do not request a plain mouse. They're called custom mice drawings for a reason.
2. I have the right to deny your request for any reason. Common reasons: 4001 hat. Other hats. I'll try but after getting frustrated with it, you may get a reply that starts out "Sorry, but..." etc.
3. You are allowed to use it for you DevID if you like.
4 Do not claim it as your own work. Yes, it may have your tfm name on it, but you did not draw it.
5. Do not request another user's mouse then "gift" the drawing to them. If they want a request for themselves, they'll ask.
6. I'll be happy to alter parts of the drawing but do not request do-overs of the same picture.
7. You are allowed to request multiple times, but be fair to the other requesters.
